Welcome to TechStackFlow. By using our automated intake and client portal services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Automated Provisioning

Upon submission of a project intake form, our system automatically creates a private WordPress account and a dedicated Google Drive folder for your project. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Use of Services

Our “Zero-Contact” automation is provided to streamline project kickoffs. You agree not to use these automated systems for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the technical integrity of the TechStackFlow infrastructure.

3. Data and Intellectual Property

• Client Assets: All files uploaded to your project’s Google Drive folder remain your property.
• Service Deliverables: Any technical roadmaps or diagnostic reports generated by our automated modules are for your internal project use.

4. Limitation of Liability

TechStackFlow utilizes third-party integrations (Google, WordPress, and Make.com). We are not liable for service interruptions caused by these third parties or for data loss resulting from incorrect form submissions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the automated portal if these terms are violated.
